Pours a medium amber color w/ a thin off white color in my CBS snifter.. Completely clear in appearance, with very little carbonation and very little lacing. The nose is yeast, coriander, some slight funk, and somewhat sweet. The taste is a trainwreck. Super, overly sweet- with yeast and spices coming through w/ a little fruit. Awful. Feel is thin, syrupy, and no carbonation... Overall, this is a horribly out of whack brew that I drainpoured 80% of. I can't imagine anybody voluntarily drinking this. Avoid at all cost.

Had on tap at Max's (from notes)
A: Copper with light lacing.
S: Lots of yeast and farmhouse scents. Wet blanket.
T: A bit of funk with subtle citrus but mostly farmhouse. Subdued odd earthy flavors/aftertaste.
M: Nice and prickly. Coarse bubbly.
O: I think the earthiness came from the prickly pear.
