From old, undated notes. Had this on draft.
Murky orange color.
White head which dissipates; decent lacing.
Peach nose. Medium/thin mouthfeel.
Refreshing peach flavor; I would kill for this in the summer.

Copper color pour, good clarity, 1/2" off white head. Aroma of juice and toasted grains of paradise.
Taste, I dunno, alcohol way to high, not dry enough, sweet where it should be dry in the mouth feel. Pear and sweet grape. Like when you buy what you hoped would be a dry white wine, and you get moscato or some shit like that. That is the let down nature going on here. Too much sweetness and not enough yeast impact of a saison. Too viscous. Too syrupy. Too sweet. The spice rack aspect is convoluted.
Just not a fan really in any way.

had on tap at Bryant lake Bowl (from notes). It arrives brilliant reddish amber with a thin white foam collar. Fruit nose and palate. On the palate a subtle sweetness blends with a touch of bitter, a hint of oak and a touch of sour.Medium light body and above average carbonation. It strikes me as a hybrid between a beer and a wine.
