From tap to tulip at Global Brew Tap House
A-Pours a clear, copper with two inches of staunch, stark white foam.Good retention and spotty ribbons of lacing.
S-Strong Simcoe character here.Grapefruit,apricot,
T-More grapefruit and stonefruit but also a more leafy vegetal turn of raw hops, pine, fresh grass and some cracker/biscuit malts.
M-Nice lingering bitterness.Light bodied and crisp.
Moderately dry finish.
O-I am a fan of fresh/wet hop offerings so I wanted to give this a try.Not a top tier example of the style by any means but decent.
Serving type: on-tap
