12 oz bottle into a shaker. Date 13-MAY-12. Uh oh.
A - Bright amber, fairly clear. Small off-white head the leaves moderate lacing. Carbonation appears moderate.
S - Subtle lemon with a husky, mash-like sweetness.
T - Initial mild bitterness gives way to spicy, zesty hop flavors in the mid accompanied by lightly toasted bread maltiness. Finish is dry. Very clean.
M - Light to medium body with considerable carbonation. Seems to spritzy.
O - A sessionable amber with some interesting hop notes, probably originating from the Sorachi Ace. Aroma has died greatly in this dated, but refrigerated sample. Get it fresh.
