Glass - Sam Adams Official
A - A coppery colored brew with lots of clarity and lots of visible carbonation. It produced a 1-2 finger head that looks pillow like, and it held decently. I got some splotchy lacing left on my glass.
S - A pretty balanced aroma of basic Pale Ale characteristics. I get leafy and lemon citrus like hop notes, with an underlying cracker, biscuit, caramel malt. About it.
T - Leafy, herbal, rind like hop flavors upfront. Soft caramel and cracker malt flavors mingle in between the hop notes. It finishes a bit dry with mild bitterness, leafy hop flavors, and a very soft biscuit malt character that begins to be unnoticeable after a while.
M - Lite-Medium bodied with medium crispness and a smooth feel.
O - I think this is a well balanced Pale Ale that I'd enjoy any day of the year. There's nothing that wowed me, but it's affordable, drinkable, and refreshing. I'd drink it again but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it. Definitely worth a try. Cheers!
