A golden amber body with great clarity sits beneath a white, foamy head. A bit of lacing is left behind.
Smells of fresh grassy hops. Some biscuit and caramel malts come through as it warms. Quiet but pleasant.
Taste comes in fresh and leaves a bit flat. Everything but the biscuit malt seems to fall on the front half of the tongue, while the biscuit flavor comes in late (even overpowering the bitter hops). Not bad at all, but nothing above average.
Mouthfeel is pleasant, decent carbonation. The hops might benefit a bit from a little more pop.
Overall, this is a very drinkable beer. Enjoyable and goes down so pleasantly.
