16oz tall boy poured into a pint glass.
Appearance - Perfectly clear straw yellow. Two finger white head fades to a small film. Hint of lacing where the head sat but nothing sticks as you drink it.
Aroma is hay and grassy hops. Biscuity and Pilsener type malts.
Taste - You get that same pilsener and biscuit malt flavor. Has that "signature" New Belgium malt profile I detect in many of their beers. Mild grassy hops.
Clean and very drinkable. Moderate carbonation. Finishes quick with mild hop bitterness. A little on the lighter side of medium bodied.
All in all, it's not all that bad. Very sessionable. And for it's style, it's something I'd reach for on a hot day if it were lying around.

A: poured into a pilsner glass to a clear light gold with a two finger dense and soapy white head that retains well and leaves decent lacing
S: smells of clean grain and some citrus with a bit of pine
T: taste is smooth clean and slightly sweet malt with some slight citrus from the hops. swallow is a little spicy and citrusy
M: this beer is fairly light on the mouth but it stays away from being watery. carbonation is soft and slightly prickly and the finish is refreshing
O: a quality american lager with zero adjuncts. no real faults and it's very clean and refreshing.
