A - Cloudy, orange to copper, big white foamy head
N - Freshly cut pear, apple slices, lots and lots of ripe pineapple, green apple skin, lemongrass; some muted herbalness like parsley, grape vine, white pepper, white wine.
T/M - Velvety, Champagne-like mouthfeel rolls around subdued grassy hops, crispness, wheat; tart granny smith apple, tangerine, macerated peaches; some warming burn afterwards, some cedary notes stick in the palate, can get a tad viscous after it warms.
D - Great and different take on a double IPA, very drinkable for nearly 10%.
