Poured a hazy orange with a finger of bright white head. Aroma of honey, lemon, and caramel with floral notes.
Moderate carbonation and a full mouthfeel. Caramel and honey sweetness up front with a solid biscuit backbone. Chamomile is subtle but present. Only a slight bitterness on the tail end, which finishes fairly dry.
Nice overall, good balance.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a light to medium golden amber. Fine white one finger head with good retention and great lacing. Aroma of biscuit and perhaps a bit of toasted malt, with an unusual herbal element. Flavor is light and sweet, almost floral. The honey has a distinct presence and a pleasant herbal overtone from the chamomile. Finishes with light hops and malt and the honey leaves a light reminder. Light bodied. A light, subtle blonde ale, but quite pleasant and perfect for a hot day in summer.

22 oz bottle. Pours clear copper orange with a medium frothy white head that quickly goes to a thin film that leaves some lacing.
The aroma is sweet floral clover honey.
The flavor is grainy malts and sweet floral clover honey with a light bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and a bit watery.
Overall, an OK honey beer.

22 oz bomber. Golden amber pour with nice fluffy head. A refreshing Belgian style blond. Light caramel, little yeast flavor, dry mouthfeel. Decent carbonation. Balanced finish with a hoppy character overall. This is a nice beer and a great collaboration between New Belgium and Elysian. Keep it up!
