This beer poured as a very nice clean and clear looking yellowish orange color. There is a nice white head on top. Some retention and lacing. The smell of this beer had a slight sour note but also fruity, with a light funk to it. The taste is a little tart, it's got peach and lemon in terr for sure. The molasses is a mystery, not sure where that is. The mouthfeel is light, it's nicely carbonated and drinkable. Overall I enjoyed this beer. It's not a bad brew, it's something I would probably drink again.

On-tap @ the River, Whole Foods Boise ID. Served in a tulip.
A: Semi-hazy straw gold, light lacing. Highly carbed it would seem.
S&T: Bready, light peach, hint of spice and funk, faintly tart, a 'hefty' dose of pilsner malt/grain. Faint honey, dry-ish body, Belgian yeast, more funk and banana.
MF: Lighter body, higher carbonation.
O: Really pretty disappointing, I had higher hopes for this one (peach is RIGHT IN THE TITLE, not in the beer apparently). For a saison I guess its ok, nothing special.
