Reviewed from notes.
Pours out a golden yellow color with a flash head and no lacing at all. Medium body and carbonation levels.
Smells of peach iced tea with a light amount of dusty earthy hops. The flavor is a blend of dry peach and white wine with a lemon twist and a return of the tea-like herbal hopping with a light and funky Belgian yeast garnish on the finish which tapers off gradually. As it warms up the white wine aspects of the flavor magnifies to the point where it out-competes the peach flavor on my tongue somewhat, which is my primary criticism for this beer. (The other criticism is the lack of head formation) Dial back the dry white wine a bit and the belgian yeast would provide an intriguing counterpoint to the sweet peaches and lemon... this beer gets within spitting distance of greatness but doesn't quite seal the deal.
