Pretty unique beer here. First thing is this is probably the easiest drinking beer you will ever have. You could seriously drain a glass in one pull. It is the epitome of smooth. Smell is pretty mild but what you can pull is mostly chocolate and vanilla and some sweet marshmallow. Taste is the same, smooth chocolate, a touch of sugar. This is seriously like chocolate milk and as silky smooth. Pretty tasty.

Got this off tap at Crunchy's in East Lansing. Served in a snifter.

A: Pours a deep rich black-brown color, almost opaque, with a short off white head and small amounts of lacing.

S: Getting a good waft of marshmallows, chocolate, malts, barley, toffee

T: Disappointingly, I cant really pick up on marshmallows or anything smore related. Still, this is a robust porter, hefty barley, malts, brown sugar, coffee flavors are present. It's fairly sweet as well.

M: Full bodied beer with medium amounts of carbonation, fairly balanced.

O: Overall, it was a good porter but the smores didn't stand out to me as much as I was hoping for. Still, its pretty good and I recommend it.

Served on tap at the brewery. Appears dark brown with thick and dense white head. Nose starts with smoke malts married with roasted malt. Chocolate comes through next with a noticeable graham cracker note. The taste featurrownes smooth creamy chocolate and smoke with a nice graham cracker flavor at the edges. The marshmallow character isn't immediately noticeable, but the nitro texture lends a bit of marshmallow character. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. Overall, a well executed and unique brew!
