Poured a yellow pale clear color with one finger of off-white head. Very bubbly. Good white foamy uneven lacing on the sides. Good retention on the top all the way down.
Smelled raspberries, blackberries and boysenberries along with floral hops. Seemed to be some Belgian spices in there as well. Also some grassy malts.
Initial taste reminded me of a much lighter version of Fat Tire. Got hay, grains, grass and sourdough bread. Some boysenberries, lemon grass and some bitter Belgian spices.
Light body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Watery abrupt finish. Crisp and good for the summer.
Not a bad beer for the style. Great for the summer. I’d probably have it again.
