A: poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass, very pale golden color with a short white head that dissipates leaving some lacing, clear
S: citrus hops, light fresh fruit smell, pale malt
T: light flavors, bitter fruity taste, slight apple flavor from soursop addition, the flavor of this fruit is there but very mild, not at all sweet
M: thin, higher carbonation, refreshing
O: has I taste that is indeed different, flavor is very light though

I have made a conscious decision to eradicate as much of the backlog of bottles from my inventory over the course of this summer as I possibly can. There are far too many of them and they are getting in the way of The CANQuest (TM), which is what really matters. I believe that this one was part of a box from my local, in-person trader, tone77.
From the bottle: "New Belgium's Employee Owners would love to have you stop by the brewery!"; "Rolle Bolle is a woderfully fun Belgian yard game and a delightfully easy summer ale. Brewed with monk fruit and soursop it stays true to the Belgian tradition of playing with beer and all that goes into it. Roll on."
The pour was great, churning a pseudo-cascade into three fingers of dense, rocky, bone-white head that resembled meringue and was evincing great retention. My gosh, but the color! It was a pale-yellow (SRM = 2, maybe) with NE-quality clarity. My urine is, more often than not, darker than this. Nose had a musty, salty, citrusy quality, like a melange of Berlinerweisse, Gose and northwest hops. Wow. Mouthfeel was thin-to-medium with some nice effervescence. Taste was slightly tart, kind of lemony, but with a yeasty mustiness, also. Finish was tart and dry, but very pleasant on a Summer evening. I know that they have begun to transition to CANs and this would make a fine CANdidate for Summer outings.
