Appearance - Pours a Semi-hazy, pale straw yellow with a white, 3 finger head. Good retention, leading to a fair layer on the surface. Solid lacing with good stick.
Smell - Mildly fruity, slightly citric and sour aroma. Distant spice notes; black pepper. Cracker maltiness.
Taste - Very light. Follows the nose. Mild fruity character with touches of cracker and black pepper. Mild lemon sourness. Not much, but what is there works harmoniously.
Mouthfeel - Light in body with moderate carbonation. Goes down with a smooth, refreshing quality.
Overall - A fairly good summer option; you could do a lot worse. I do like their Somersault a hell of a lot better. Is that still available?
