22oz brown bomber with no freshness date.
Look: Mildly hazed straw hue, slowly dissapating head leads to a thin lace on the glass.
Smell: Quince paste, fresh aloe, yeast, mild graininess, wild herbs, vegtal
Taste: Super crisp, a bit chewy, faint tartness, clementine pith, yeast, doughy bread, mildly juicy, quick drying finish
Berliner Weiss? An Imperial one at that? Misses the mark there, obviously a wheat beer but the pulling dryness and big tartness is simply not there. So we are looking at a big flavored wheat beer ... if it was categorized as such it would probably have a higher score.
