Appearance: Looks like a slightly thin, slightly over-carbonated wittier. No foam or lacing. Pale yellow. Very light for an IPA. Looks a bit more like some English-style IPAs.
Smell: A hint of sour apples and lemon. Very malty for an IPA. It's ok overall. Very clean.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Flavor is the best part of this. Excellent combination of bitter lemon rind and toffee sweetness. Mouthfeel is definitely too light, but not flat.
Overall Drinkability: I wouldn't say this is a missed opportunity at a unique light winter IPA, but a little more crispness and some fruity notes would lend it some great seasonal traits.
