Beer poured into a pint glass from a bottle. Pours yellow with a fluffy white head. Smells of citrus hops, and slight evergreen. Tastes of piney hops and slight citrus, but the balanced grain profile jumps out. Beer is light bodied and extremely drinkable, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

12 oz bottle, poured into a pint glass
Appearance: Pours a clear, golden yellow color with an eighth of a finger of white-colored head that quickly dissolved away into a thin lacing of foam that completely covered the top of the beer. Honestly, it looks like a BMC beer, but with much prettier head.
Aroma: Very aromatic, with lots of floral, piney, grassy, orangey & lemony citrusy hops escaping the glass, as well as some honey, honey-suckle, caramel, and bready, toasted malt. However, most of the aromas are of the aforementioned hops.
Taste: Very similar to the aroma. First flavors are of floral, piney, grassy, orangey & lemony citrusy hops, not too bitter, but very assertive, followed by some pronounced, bready, toasted malt, caramel-like sweetness, and some black pepper.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, crisp, clean and extremely effervescent, as there is a ton of carbonation. With an ABV of 5.0%, there is no alcohol on the palate.
Overall: This is a nice IPL. Good flavors, hoppy, but not overly bitter, and balanced well with some pronounced, bready, toasted malt. Easy to drink, and very satisfying. I’d certainly drink it again, and I’m very happy to support two of my favorite local breweries!

L: Fluffy white 2-finger head, clear with a golden straw color and good carbonation
S: Smells like an IPA, very hoppy and a bit piney
T: Nothing up front. I tried to pick out different flavors, but I got nothing. No pine, grapefruit, grass or anything like that. It was more of a texture than a taste. Sharply bitter finish, the kind that lingers in the throat for a long time
F: Pretty smooth, almost silky
O: The bitterness is rather overwhelming and the lack of taste is surprising. I'm hoping I got a dud and can try this again

I enjoyed this bottle chilled from an IPA glass.
Thick white snowy head atop a golden liquid with good clarity 2finger cap with fine bead visible carbonation and lace sticks well. The smell of mix herbal tropical and an almost grapefruit pith scent with light tea-like herbal citrus quality. The feel is moderately high bitterness up front with medium carbonation with medium carbonation and moderately astringent accent and low sweetness with very dry finish.
Taste is tangy fruity and is mixed with spicy and grassy hop flavor with an earthy grassy aspect of hops with a dry cracker-like quality of malt with light citrus in the finish with peppery hop flavor that lingers. Overall an ok IPL, but hop flavor is more spicy than fruity and has a grassiness that obscures the other flavors.
