Just went here for drinks with my friends the other night. We showed up too late for the music, but the venue looks really nice. The tap selection was quite impressive (Troegs, Victory, Southhampton, Founders, Flying Fish, and Long Trail), and I noticed some Bear Republic in bottles. Strangely, two pilsners (Sunshine and Prima) and two witbiers (Double White and Hoegaarden), so more variety would be appreciated.

They had Wilddevil on tap, though, and I've wanted to try it. It was out when I ordered, but they had another keg ready to go within a couple of minutes. The only thing I can really knock the place for is the Hoegaarden I ordered--not only was it served with a slice of orange, it cost $5.25! The Wilddevil was only $4.50, and I probably wouldn't have blinked if that was a bit more expensive.

The note is a bar/ restaurant/ music venue

The atmosphere is pretty nice. It is not too big, there is a big bar on the right side with about 10 diff beers on draft.... off the top of my head I remember seeing a troegs, victory (like ten min from the brewery), yards, and a southhampton. The draft selection seems to focus on local . The bottle selection is small but has a few gems, I did see some bear republics. They also had other beers from the same breweries they had on draft. Maybe a few Belgiums too.

The Note is really clean, there is lots of street parking (make sure you pay the meter (only till 6pm ), and if you park on a side street be careful cause there is alot of "residental only" parking.. The west chester parking authority is no one's friend. There balcony which overlooks the stage and a bunch of couches you can sitdown and relax during set break or whenever.

The service is very friendy , they had /have a husky door guy with a beard who was flat out rude to one of my friends and accused him of smoking pot,(he doesnt). He was also rude to a few other people apparently But other than that everyone is nice. And bartender with the short black hair and tatoos... I love you.

Food looked good, didnt have any . Bam Margera's mom makes all of the deserts.

pretty reasonably priced beer, not dirt cheap but not back breaking.

overall a good place to see a show. It only holds about 350 people. Livenation does the talent buying so they get some pretty big acts sometime

Bam margera (from jackass" is the owner or one of the owners. A friend told me that he bought the bar because he wanted his own place to drink at apparently he was "sick of spending $25,000 at kildares every month".

also they dont have a phone, or if they do they dont pick it up. Its on market street which if you are driving east on route 3 from wc to Philly, the club will be on your right. If anyone has been to the north star in philly its kinda simular but much much much nicer and cleaner, The Note is how the North Start should be

most shows the opener goes on about an hour after doors... and then the headliner will change the time they are playing depending on the night
