Look - Rich copper color, clear, with good carbonation. About a finger's worth of khaki-colored foam that dissipates slowly.
Smell - Slightly malty with hints of spices. Hops are subtle
Taste and Mouthfeel - Intense sweetness at the beginning that just makes me think of childhood caramel candies. Fairly smooth middle and again a sweet malty finish. Texture is pretty well-balanced but leans toward the creamy side.
Drinkability - Very nice ale that stays true to the style. Easy to drink and not too filling.
