12 ounce bottle poured into an all-purpose tumbler. First thing I notice with the beer is the clarity - I can basically see right through it. Color is amber, pretty much a straight up burnt orange. Slightly off white (eggshell?) head with about a half a finger worth of foam. Smell is malty vanilla with some hints of cinnamon spice. Nice full mouthfeel with some peppery notes on the way down. Has kind of a breakfast, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, finish. Nice caramel malt backbone in this one. Very drinkable and solid beer.
