This brew pours a hazy amber color with medium sized cream head that dwindles fast, leaving behind a moderate lace.
The sweet smell of citrus hits the nose along with a low hop aroma. An earthy musty smell is also present.
The strong citrus aroma come through strong in flavor the back of your throat feels the sweetness. The hop flavor is lacky but that is ok.
This is a easy drinking brew but nothing to write to mom about.

Poured into a Samuel Adams glass it's head disappeared quickly. Color was deep amber with a faint chocolate and raisin odor. Taste was pretty much the same with a slightly bitter taste of unsweetened chocolate. Mouth feel was thick like porter or stout and low carbonation. I didn't like the spices so I won't try this again.
