A - A reddish caramel color with a large head that lingers for about two minutes before dissipating down to a thin layer. No lacing.
S - A bit of biscuit-y malt and a light mossy hop. Not very nice, but not too bad either.
T - The taste is very pleasant. Upfront biscuits and faint caramel a very mild woodsy noble hop. The hops are barely noticeable. The aftertaste is a light biscuit with an even lighter bitterness.
M - Smooth, creamy. Very refreshing.
D - Nice. Worth a try and worth having again. For a cream (or brown) ale, this is enjoyable.
