APPEARANCE: Clear amber with a couple of strings of large bubbles. Poured it very slowly to avoid a ridiculous head, in vain.
SMELL: Rosewater and caramel.
TASTE: Very upfront floral flavours, like elderflower and rosewater, which although pleasant is a little sickly. Some pleasant herbs and tea leaves. Fairly astringent.
OVERALL: Better than the Boont ESB.
Serving type: bottle
