Served in a 12 oz. bottle. The color was amber, with good head retention. The smell was hoppy, with hints of the citrus an IPA should have. The taste was mostly of the citrusy hoppy flavor, although there was a nice malt backing (not just hops for the sake of hops). The mouthfeel was quite smooth. Drinkability-wise, one I'd have quite a few of!
Another good West Coast IPA, and good on its own merits, not just hops tossed in to raise the IBU to insane levels. Just more proof that interesting beer can come in a fairly bland label!
