A: Pours a dark ruby red, with a small, soapy head. Small bubbles of carbonation present.
S: Smells of caramel and honey, with piny hops on the finish.
T: Wow! Hops, hops, and more hops! This is an honest to goodness IPA, thought the malt could have been a little more pronounced.
M: Really chewy, and really good. The alcohol and hops finish off the palette nicely and almost beg for another sip.
D: Great ale. If you don't like hops, don't buy this ale!!! I love hops so this is a great buy as far as I'm concerned...
