Big off white head slowly settles into a nice bisquity small head above a honey copper colored beer.

Pine, citrus and a slight floral aspect in a aroma that is on the lighter side.

a slight bitter edge to a pretty decent hops taste that combines citrus and pine quite well.

A dry aftertaste that holds a pine tree syrup likeness in this medium bodied IPA.

A nice hops taste without overdoing it, recommended.

Pours a dense and cloudy amber, with a thick and sudsy head. Nice. Lace is there, but unremarkable.

Nose is appealingly citrus-floral. Not outstanding, but definitely appealing.

Taste is sharp up front, but with a heavy malt foundation to smooth it all out. This is an easy-to-drink IPA that shouldn't offend non-IPA fans too much, but doesn't quite cut it in my book. Sessionable? I'd say yes, though, so score some points there, but I wouldn't recommend this one otherwise.

Solar powered Elk piss it is not. It's a hoppy foam face IPA with 7.0 power. Something to admire. After it settles, the head of beer looks like some toxic creek water foam, the kind that washes up on shore or swirls around in sludge filled eddy. Yes it is that good. The hoppy smell is not up to par with a Dogfish 90 minute choke hold but super IPAs can get old and expensive when you drink often. Did I say 7.0 ABV - 6 pack cans for a lot less. Taste..slightly citrus and malty..good enough for the dude. Pour it and ask your girl friend what she thinks of that...
