Found a bottle in Itaewon, Seoul.
APPEARANCE: It's a stout, as black as you like. Small, non creamy beige head.
SMELL: Ordinary stout smell. Not strong.
TASTE: A plain but sound stout flavour with nice hopping. Not rich but not weak. Ever so slightly sweet. A tiny hint of coffee beans. Nice lively mouthfeel, not creamy. It's a quaffer alright. Aftertaste way too short lived and soft.
OVERALL: Nice upfront flavours and although it wasn't weak, it wasn't nearly rich enough, and there was something synthetic in the way that the aftertaste vanished after a couple of minutes. I like a stout to keep busy in my mouth long after finishing the drink.
