Poured into a pint glass...
P: Beautifully pitch black with no translucence to been seen even in the light. A full finger of airy mocha head that dissipates rather quickly leaving behind a swirl of bubbles along the top.
S: Deep sweet roasted malts with a banana nut bread backdrop. Dark breads, with semi funky yeast and figs. A small dose of hops that compliment the quaker oats apple and cinnamon taste.
T/M: Playful and luscious flowing with sweet dark breads, grains and a molasses bite. Small amounts of bubbles tingle the tongue. Once the brew warms a bitter dark chocolate and heavy cream flavor emerges from the depths of this pitch black bath of greatness.
O: I thoroughly enjoyed this sweet yet smooth earthy mix of great flavors. The sweet doesn't overpower and the hint of bitterness is just right. Defiantly recommend.
