Well, now I know where Winter Solstice originates from.
Nut-"meggy" Liberty or Clusters hops (not experienced enough to tell). Hits the buds with a mild fruit ester when hops jump back and ask who your daddy is. Hot-babe, dextrin, grainy body finishes, and hops disappear clean.
A cut above micro. The $2 premium on the sixer is exonerated by the difference in flavor.
If it were unfiltered, it would be perfection for the style.
