Thick fingerwidth light-banana colored head. Maintains itself as thick icing. Latchy bubbles within the body. Base color is dark redwood. Laces pretty well, sticky.
I can smell the aroma without pulling the glass to my nose, a good sign. Smells SO floral. Lavender, cherries, cinnamon, sugar.
I didn't like this one at first sip, but by the end of the glass I was looking for more.
Opens with a floral confusion (but still with the lavender in mind), and turns sort of peppery, spicey, and MAYBE sugary. Definitely an interesting arrangement of flavors. It has obvious bitter characteristics, and is so damn crisp and enjoyable.
You won't make the bitter beer face, but your tongue definitely gets put to work. Have fun with this one, it's a lively red.
Find this one. Buy it. Drink it.

This is one of my favorite beers. This brew is incredibly refreshing. Though it isnt the easiest to pour from the tap, the appearance is amazing. It is a nice dark amber color. The head floats atop- an aesthetically pleasing addition. When it hits my mouth I think caramel. The toasted carmel hops are prime. It is a first class amber ale that all should experience.
