A - Perfect amber color. Pillowy big bubble head with generous lacing. This is the prototypical look for an American Amber.
S - Malty, with some sweetness and a little pine. Maybe a hint of caramel, but that might be after you already have some in your mouth.
T - Biscuit, with some citrus and caramel.
M - Creamy and easy going.
D - I cannot think of a better NorCal session beer.
At 5.8% this easy to drink very approachable beer will satisfy the beer snob as a session beer and the neophite as a great and robust creamy entre into the world of craft beers.
I love it.
Serving type: on-tap
