A - Pours a cloudy amber with a two-finger foamy white head. Heavy lacing.
S - Tropical fruits with light sweet caramel malts.
T - Sweet caramel malts upfront. The sweetness is followed by a nice amount of tropical fruits(orange & grapefruit) and a piney resinous hop bite. Finish has a good hop bitterness.
M - Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Smooth creamy mouthfeel.
O - This is a nicely balanced DIPA. This would be a good beginner DIPA. Very enjoyable.

This should be a top ten DIPA.
Sharp hop burst at the beginning. Sharp like a good provalone. Middle is big time stone fruit, but still a little tropical. Middle tastes like bitting into a blend of cherry and orange starburst. Finish is slightly drier that I would have liked but this is still amazing.
Not sure why this beer is not raved about. Anderson Valley is soooo underrated.
