A-Pours a fairly clear, yellow/straw color. Head is a fluffy layer of bright white foam. Stringy, webby lacing.
S-Lemon pie; both notes of lemon and pie crust. A bit lactic. Some dry wheat and grains. Mild but refreshingly pleasant.
T-Tangy and lively. Initially tart right off the bat. It is quite lemony with a bit of sour cheese. Just a bit of spice. Zesty wheat and grain. The salt is set very effectively where it hits you up front, subsides then comes back in the finish.
M-Light, lively and very refreshing. Soft albeit lingering tart press. Dry. Perfect carbonation.
O-A tart Gose in a six pack of cans that isn't ridiculously pricey!? So goddamn cool. Very happy with this beer. I will definitely make this a steady contributor in my fridge this Summer. Very well done, both in the beer's packaging format and the overall product as well.

12 oz can. Pours hazy straw yellow with a big fizzy white headthat goes to a thin film and laces the glass some.
The aroma is lactic (slight butyric) wheaty malts and salt.
The flavor is sweet lactic fruit with some salt and tartness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, nice tart lactic fruit with a bit of salt. One of the better goses I've had. A nice refreshing summer beer.

Appearance: 3/4 inch head, high carbonation, gold yellow in color, clear
Smell: salt and wheat
Taste: big wheat, slight sourness, pilsner malt, and salt--especially on the finish
Mouthfeel: light body, sweet with prickly saltiness, medium-high carbonation
Overall: A solid, sessionable gose. Really appreciate the creativity in this one. I have had better in the style that have the salt a bit more pronounced, but this is a good beer that I wish I would have gotten a six pack of.
