Stopped by here one Friday night while I was out running errands. This place is located in the old Glendale Pub building. It kept the great wood and brick appearance on the interior. There's both a bar on the main floor as well as upstairs. This place gets crowded on the weekends!
Decent taplist and solid prices. It's an English Pub so the focus is on English beers, but there's a few dedicated to micros and imports.
The Cock and Bull location in Mainstrasse has a better tap lineup so let's hope that this location follows suit and improves. Good food and great atmosphere. It's close to my home and I like the place so I'll be stopping back. Especially for happy hour!

A pretty cool English Pub in a nice neighborhood. Train tracks are near by but not that big of a deal, especially later in the evening and later dining hours. Lots of wood in this place and a relaxing upstairs balcony dining area. Not the largest selection but a decent amount of taps and a small number of bottles. Mostly English and Euro offerings on tap with a few tasty Belgians and some American craft brews as well. GLBC, Stone, DFH are pretty regular. The food is mostly English fare and the fish and chips are pretty damn good. Reasonably priced, I believe a 20oz. Delerium Tremens was $6.

Have been stopping here on a semi-regular basis since Nov. 2008 or so. This used to be the Glendale Pub, and maintains the same general atmosphere with lots of wood, plenty of light (lots of windows), and the dual main floor and upstairs bars and upstairs deck. There are many TVs around the bar and restaurant areas with sports programming, but the volume is turned off in favor of music.
Service has typically been very good, and sample tastes are readily available. The tap selections typically include a number of standard British Isles beers (Newcastle, Guinness, Smithwick's, Bass, and Old Speckled Hen for instance), an English craft beer (e.g. Hobgoblin) and a hard cider, a Belgian or two (Delerium Tremens has been a regular, and Leffe Blonde has been available more often than not), a hefeweizen and a German lager, and several American craft beers (Bell's Two-Hearted Ale, Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA, and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale were on last time I stopped).
Happy Hour pricing on beers ($4 pints except for the Delerium) makes a stop after work more affordable. Be advised that they can get pretty busy, especially on Fridays.
I haven't really explored their full dining menu; appetizers include hot wings, quesadillas, jalapeno cheese sticks, Bavarian pretzels, crab cake balls & sweet potato chips, among others, and everything I've tried has been hot & tasty.
All in all, a decent place to stop for a beer or a bite.
