Served on tap into a hefeweizen glass at Cornucopia
A- Poured a very light cloudy yellow color with soapy head that left no lace
S- Not much in the aroma, some lemon, wheat, and mineral notes. Very faint
T- Some big and slightly tart lemon notes, lots of wheat and breadiness, some mineral flavor
M- Smooth, low carbonation, and medium body
O- Definitely closer to Widmer Hefeweizen than many of the more authentic ones in the style. Really lacking the banana, clove, and bubblegum notes. With that being said it is an easy drinker and a step up from Widmer as it does have enough flavor to be a decent wheat beer just not a hefeweizen.
Serving type: on-tap
