Poured from a 341ml bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance is a bright orange-yellow color, similar to apple juice but with a finger-width of bubbly head that fades quickly.
Smell is dominated by apricot, very lush.
Taste is similar, with a rich apricot flavor that is finished with barley and wheat malts and just a hint of hoppy bitterness. Really nice.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and heavily carbonated.
Overall, one of the best fruit beers I have tasted. Wonderful for the summer.

A: Golden orange, clear filtered, very little carbonation, a few fingers of off white head.
S: Apricots, peaches, fruit, black tea, little maltiness but mostly stone fruit.
T: Very fruity with hints of tannins like black tea, candied fruit, a hit of Belgian yeast and ends in some dough.
M: Medium body, medium carbonation, dry tannins and light syrupy quality.
O: Delicious, refreshing, complex for a ‘wheat’ beer. A good one for a hot day.
