This place has (IMO) a lot of things going for it: pretty tasty pizza, reasonable prices, a family friendly environment, a lengthy and rotating beer list on both draft and in bottles, and most importantly - it is a short drive from my house. I've lived in C-bus for four months and I've been to this location a half-dozen times already.
I think "sanitized stoner vibe" (used by Dogbrick) brilliantly sums up the atmosphere of the place. While that is a little hollow in the authenticity department, I probably wouldn't bring my toddler to a place with an unsanitized stoner vibe, greatly limiting the frequency of my visits!
Here's what I don't care for here (this is a short list): pizza can take 30 minutes or more due to a lack of ovens (yet they are a restaurant specializing in pizza...) - this is partially offset for me by a very good meatball appetizer, this place can get very crowded and the hostess stand doesn't necessarily deal with that in a very efficient way, and they rotate their long tap list frequently (that's good!) but I think they are still working with the same beer list they had when they opened (I hate this) and your server will frequently make 3-4 trips to the bar before you finally ask for something they have.
My family and visitors like this place, so I imagine I will keep returning - and that's OK with me...despite my gripes, I like it here.

Mellow Mushroom combines a superior selection of pizzas and beer in a very friendly atmosphere.
Any visit made you can expect to find a great pizza, and a great selection of both draft and bottled beers.
The decor of the place is based on the Grateful Dead, and much of the menu has Dead-influenced names. Don't let the theme fool you: they make excellent pizza that does not need gimmicky names to sell it: fresh ingredients, great toppings, and overall yummy sauce and crust make this a place worthy to visit for the pizza alone.

Went here on recommendation from a local craft beer buddy. Plenty of good beer choices although they were out of the one my buddy recommended.
Anyway, I ended up with a yummy IPA and a Purple Haze which both went perfectly with the pizza.
Pizza is awesome. My wife loved the hippie atmosphere and food. We split a pizza and I had two beers for 50$, so we thought it was on the pricey side.
We sat outside and service was as expected. No smoking on the patio helped us enjoy the meal too. We'll go back for sure.

Found this place while I was visiting family in Ohio. Was told to go there from a local purveyor of fine beers and I am glad that I did. It was surprising for me to return to Ohio and find such a place with a wide variety of beers.
At first sight of the bartender I was not sure that she would be well informed due to her age, but I was impressed when she started rattling off beers that I should taste and their profiles. She also let me know of upcoming releases they were supposed to be having.
The experience was so enjoyable, that I returned for a second time in my short visit in Ohio, and needless to say, there was a different bartender, and h was just as knowledgable as the first.
The selection was great and varied. Available were such as Stone, Bells, Great Lakes, Thirsty dog, Troeggs, rogue, just to name a few.
I would recommend that you stop in and check it out if you are traveling through or live in the central Ohio area.
