The Tasty Weasel is basically Oskar Blues' brewhouse with a little box in it designated as a bar/tasting room. Much like the cans the beer comes in, the place has a very metallic vibe. The walls of the bar area are about 8ft high and remind me a bit of the cheap metal sheds that everyone used to have in their back yard. Over the top and through a couple windows you can see the brewery in action. We actually got a private tour from Dale himself who is the nicest guy. Lucky enough to be there when the 3rd batch of their new Pilsner was being brewed so we got to see the boil going on. Pretty cool. The brewery itself is freekin' awesome. Lots of space. Stuff aging in whiskey barrels. Batting cage. Basketball court. Bikes. Complimentary Can Bling - imagine empty cans of beer on a string of Mardi Gras beads, even better they are made by mentally handicapped individuals as part of a community outreach sort of program that Dale and his wife help out with. Probably the coolest tour we went on during a week and a half in Colorado. The bar area was cool too. All the usual suspects on tap plus some other unique stuff like Leroy Brown Ale and the Whiskey-Chub. No food but there are peanuts everywhere. There is an old-school beer arcade machine but be warned, it is hard and frustrating. Long live Oskar Blues! Cheers!

Modern, business park type of building. Inside there is a tall corrugated ceiling and also the walls. Much ambient light from the large windows. Large wooden bar and ample amount of tables, with a semi-polished concrete floor. All in all a quite doable taproom interior.

ery cool tasting room attached to the brewery on the south side of town. Large L-shaped bar opposite the entry seats about 25 with another dozen tables on the floor and a good sized space to the left for live music. Also an outdoor patio with a number of communal tables. 28 well-assorted beers on tap, half flagships and half specials or one offs. Friendly bartender. Great place to chill on a rainy day.

Great staff. Got a personal tour of the brewery. They do things to keep up the quality I've not seen in other craft breweries. This company really has it going on!
Excellent selection on tap.

Stopped here for an early lunch on a quiet Sunday. Pretty cool eclectic looking spot, random stuff strewn about, cool decorations, and generally interesting clutter. (think Applebees but WAY better)
Quality is good as everyone knows, I'm not a fan of everything Oskar Blues puts out, but they are pretty reliable, and every now and then they hit a home run. The great thing was the selection here, they had the normal OB lineup, some one offs, and quite a few excellent guest taps.
Service was quite nice. Our server was both quick enough and friendly.
Would definitely recommend and come back. I enjoyed my meal here as well.

Visited here with my wife and kids, and a friend family (who don't drink beer, but wanted to hang out with us).
Oskar Blues makes good beer, so there's no question about quality. Service was friendly and good (but it was early on a Tuesday afternoon, so it wasn't exactly packed). Selection was pretty good (but a little disappointing to me -- I was hoping for some exciting special brews, but they were somewhat mundane to me). Something for everyone, I suppose.
Vibe was great. I like the open industrial feel of it. We took the tour, which was great as well, they walked us right through the brewing facility. Our tour guide was one of the bartenders, she was very knowledgeable and friendly and fielded all my nerdy questions admirably.
I'd go back, or to one of the restaurants, very happily. I'd like to see some new beers pop up on their special menu.

Oskar Blues makes some of my favorite beers, hand down. Going here was a huge bucket list check off. It can be a little tricky to find, but it's worth it. My only negative was the draft selection. It was all things you can find in Ohio. The can selection had a few more and they were cool with me drinking it there. Overall, a great spot.

It was a rainy cool day mid October around noon and the patio was closed. There were a couple regulars inside and another group of tourists, not a peak visit time. This is good and bad, good because there is no lines and you have the place to yourself. Bad, because the brewery is in full swing and the canning line is very noisy. I could not yell loud enough for the person sitting next to me to carry on a conversation outside of, "it's too loud I cant hear you".
If you have some earplugs and are going solo, go during the day.
Staff were attentive and quick, they knew their stuff. I really like how you don't even have to order a water in CO, its so dry they just give it to you without asking, so no stink eye for ordering a water.
The place was clean and reeked of delicious beer. Many limited beer items in the cooler that were not in stores at the time (BA TenFidy, death by coconut).
All in all it was good to finally get there, definitely stop here if you are passing through the area.

Totally cool hipster vibe. Had a nice guy playing funky music. Cool set up behind the bar and nice servers, though tough service due to a Friday night. Nice gift selection, but too hipster for my taste. I was disappointed that they did not have the more rare beers available.

Can't say enough about Oskar Blues...
Mama's Lil yellow pils was my go to... But the Ten Fitty served me well on overnight hikes/camping in the RMNP..
But the Root Beer? Yankees gotta try the Root Beer..
When I lived in Colorado it was only available at the tap room..
So go there! Go there now!

Service is either great or not too great. Had some fairly rude people "help" me from time to time.

Was hoping for more of their rarer beers on tap and in to-go form.
The tour was great and informative.
The bar area was absolutely freezing, however.
