Another place on the top of my list when in town for business. Didn't try the food when I went, but I was here for beer anyways. All the food that people were eating around me looked decent though. The bar area is a pretty good size. Lots of tables around. TVs all around too for various sports, etc. There was a good number of college-aged crowd there that night. Pretty loud. The service was pretty weak. The bar wasn't crazy busy, but I still was neglected even though about 3 people working the bar kept walking by. Ah well. Not here to make friends. Another disappointing thing, was that their website named a couple of beers from Olde Hickory that I came here specifically for, and they had neither. Boo. Their beer menu was also much out of date. I ordered 3 times before I made a 'hit' and guessed something they actually had. Started off with a Founders Breakfast Stout which is amazing on tap. Lots of Founders represented, D-R, Sweetwater, some Belgian taps, Stone, Rogue, Allagash, etc. I had read on the forums that this was THE place to go in Charlotte for beer. Not so much for me. I much preferred Mac's-Steele Creek.

Excellent food and extremely good beer selection. Draft beer selection is diverse and second to none.

Great tap list, sampler is a heck of a deal with 4 5.5 oz pours for $6. Nice little bottle list but you are paying a premium to purchase at a bar. Food looked good but I didn't have anything.

Great beer selection--some rarities and sometimes they bust out a keg of some really tough to find stuff from time to time--even sneak it out with no fanfare (Foothills Sexual Chocolate was a surprise). They offer samplers and bartenders are knowledgeable.

Atmosphere a little thin. Kind of sports bar like and in a mini-mall. Food is not the reason to go--average pub fare with some winners here and there (Cuban sandwich was a winner).

This is a beer site--not the family joint with great beer. More like the great beer joint to hang out with a couple of friends.

Few specialty events like Founders night, etc are well attended.
