Big fluffy white head, one finger. Gold body, nice lace.

Yeast, coriander, and apple juice on the nose.

Very mild, mild hops, fizzy Belgian blond. Tastes almost like nothing.

Mouthfeel is kind of thin.

This was underwhelming, but then again it was a bit of a dark horse.

Very nice golden yellowish color and pours smoothly with ample lace and an earthy aroma. Very beautiful bottle, unique artwork is why I picked this up. Not a top notch Belgian, but very worthy indeed. Beer has an earthy, coffee, produce taste, and aroma is of a sandalwood nature.

11.2oz bottle
no bottling dates

A: Pours a hazy golden yellow with just under 3 fingers width of white head. Head has very good retention and leaves lots of pretty lacing rings.

S: Citrus, belgian yeast, spice, banana esters.

T: Spicy right from the start, peppery and a hint of clove. Some sweet citrus and bitterness to go along with the spice.

M/D: Medium body, carbonation very high (too high for my liking) which detracts from the smoothness and drinkability.

O: Overall, pretty good but not great. Worth checking out if you enjoy the style.

S - Spicy, black pepper and crackers, metallic yeast.

T - Spicy and floral with some bitterness and hoppy-metallic finish.

D - Good carbonation with a medium body.

O - Great art, great and unique brew all-around.
