This beer was enjoyable to drink as I am a big fan of Belgian beers. Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass, it was a cloudy yellow/wheat color that had a good white head on it that more than took its time to dissipate (While I am not sure that the waitress pours too many beers, she actually recommended this beer). It gave off a strong wheat/grain aroma but was also sweet somehow. The taste...WOW...you could really taste the wheat, citrus and maybe honey and banana. It was also a little hoppy, which was surprising as I did not smell the hops. This beer is smooth and very easy to drink. This is going to be a beer that I am going to have to hunt down and try to add into the rotation. This is an excellent beer and hope to enjoy more of it in the future and only one of many reasons why Belgian style beers are possibly the best.

750 ml bottle into signature tulip glass, best before 2/7/2016. Pours lightly cloudy bright golden amber color with a 2-3 finger dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with plenty of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, banana, clove, pepper, floral, grass, wheat, light honey, light bread, and floral earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of malt, hop, and yeast ester notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, banana, clove, pepper, floral, grass, wheat, bread, light honey, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of light fruits, banana, clove, pepper, wheat, light honey, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Excellent balance and complexity of malt, hop, and yeast ester flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a smooth and crisp mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a highly excellent Belgian blonde ale. All around great balance and complexity of malt, hop, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. Really enjoyed this one.

Got this at the world of beer in milwaukee. served in a tulip.
A: is a golden yellow color, cloudy with a short off white head and good amounts of lacing.
S: smells sweet and fruity, bananas, plums, malts, yeast, hops, citrus
T: tastes sweet, wheat, fruits, malts, yeast, hint of hops
M: medium bodied with good amounts of carbonation, fairly balanced
O: overall this was damn good, a bit pricey but it was well worth it. would recommend it to anyone.
