I gave this store a slightly high selection rating solely for the reason you can buy single beers. Very few places will allow you to do this and they have a decent selection.
I spoke with the woman who stocks the selection there and she was very appreciative and did tell me to make suggestions. Although if she's not there I don't know how to make any suggestions. The rest of the employees could care less.
They used to be a reasonable, a single cost as much as if you broke up a six pack from another grocery store. They recently raised the price per bottle though, pushing them higher than average.
I will continue to go back occasionally for the sole reason I can buy a single just to try something new.

Terra Organica is our local organic/local food store and they have a small, but interesting, bottle selection. The beers are frequently rotated and you're never quite sure what you'll find. The selection usually has plenty of local and regional beers with some national and international beers thrown in. Some breweries I've seen here: Hales, Boundary Bay, Scuttlebutt, Port Townsend, Stone, Alaskan, Victory, Abita and Rogue.
You can also pick up tasty snacks here. The service is typical grocery store check out, although if the beer buyer happens to be there he's pretty good at answering questions. The prices are generally a touch high, but bargains can often be found if you look.
