On-tap at Fat Head's in N. Olmsted, Ohio
This is a wet-hopped IPA brewed with Cascade hops and Citra hop cones. Pours golden with a slight haze; eggshell white head that leaves nice lacing and retention. The aromas are amazing. There's a huge blast of sweet citrus. Tons of mango, peach, and pineapple. Hints of watermelon. Grapefruit is there too. Very astringent. The flavors really seem to match. Very bitter, but there's still a touch of malt to cut down on the bitterness. Hints of pine needles and pine resin. Lemon zest in the mix along with some grapefruit rind. This has a west-coast vibe to it. Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of full-bodied. Active and smooth carbonation. Alcohol goes unnoticed. This is a fun beer to drink and I didn't want to stop. Dangerously drinkable. Savor this one.
Wow. I love this. I'd put this up there with the best of Fat Head's IPAs. This is another great example of what they're capable of with hops. I'm convinced they can do no wrong when it comes to hops. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Wowcoolman for sharing this one.
Pours a hazy orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, citrus zest, and slight herbal hop aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest and herbal flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
