Big thanks to griffeyb for throwing this one in as an extra. Long time want
A - Straight up solid IPA: honey colored with a nice bubbly head that retains very well with a thin cap. The head saves the beer
S - Sweet malts. Not much going on, but what is going on is strong: huge citric hops and an aspirin-like mineral element. Slightly grassy. Caramely alcohol.
T - Huge bitterness that is reminiscent of pomelo rind and ruby red grapefruit, good malt backbone. Nice dryness, which definitely gets points in my book
M - Smooth and medium bodied with a very nice lively carbonation.
Been wanting to try this for a while, and it is solid, but not all the way good. I think that it may be just a little past its prime.
