A: light tea orange with moderate carbonation, seafoam head and flakes of yeast floating around the glass.
S: Beautiful, piney, moderately sweet pineapple.
T: Barely bitter, pine trees, with a hint of twig tea. wet wood
M: Slight roughness, and an interesting sharpness in the carbonation.
O: Well made!

12oz bottle from the 7.9.14 batch, enjoyed out of a teku
A: this looks absolutely radiant in the glass: bright golden orange with faint hues of copper. not much head or lacing, but very bubbly
S: great blend of aromas. there are notes of candied oranges and marmalade, and notes of sweet, peppery onions or chives. all of that is tied to a thick, concentrated smell of piney, resiny hops.
T: grapefruit pith, some of those candied oranges from the nose, and juicy, resiny hops. the finish is dry and bitter.
M: star of the show. it's light and refreshing, but creamy, smooth, and full-bodied. pretty much the epitome of a beer that's flavorful, refreshing, and endlessly drinkable.
O: this beer is proof that all is not lost in Ohio
