Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass
A- dark golden amber. Little to no head but there is a good lace at the end of the pour that lasts.
S - it smells so amazing, so many fruits hit the nose. Tangerine, Lemon, grapefruit, and green apple. The piney hops are there but are very much behind the fruits to the point you have to try to smell the pine. A sweet honey malt sits blends with the fruits extremely well. There might also be a little wood. Such a great smell.
T - the taste follows the nose but the malt is much more noticeable. The hops are very strong but they aren't bitter. Instead they taste sweet with a fruit blend. The malt is a very well blended with the hops. a very delicious beer.
M- A lot of bite on the back end. It's not so much a bitter bite but the hops hit hard on the swallow. Even though there wasn't much head the carbonation does feel really bubbly.
O- a very very great beer. The fruits and the malt are amazing together. I will say that the taste falls a little short of the smell which really is the highlight of the beer. The only two better IPAs I've had are Pliney and Sucks.
