Lately it occurs to me what a long, strange trip it's been. This brew has a deep golden color with spicy phenolics, fruity notes, yeast and clove in the nose. Rich mouthfeel with complex fruity, yeasty flavors and hints of clove with just the right amount of hop bitterness and a slightly sweet finish. Drink up do-dah man.

From a 12oz can dated 3/9/22 into a pint glass.
Pours an opaque golden yellow with about two and a half fingers of white head. Decent retention, excellent lacing.
Crack of the can yields fruity, yeasty aromas. Getting some banana, berry and cloves. Warming lets loose more earthy smells, some dirt and pine.
Quite fruity tasting. Banana, strawberry and a hint of apple. Slight bitterness on the back end.
Carbonation is noticeable but gives a creamy mouthfeel. Tart fruit aftertaste. Medium bodied.
Overall, not a style I would reach for often but it breaks up the monotony of IPAs.

Shimmering gold with a thin film that leaves a solid, tall wall of lace on the glass.
Smell is toasted wheat, banana, biscuit, and not much else.
Taste is banana bread, yellow apple, and a hint of booze that's sort of like brandy, via a full body with a soft froth, finishing semi-dry.

If it looks, smells and tastes like a Belgian triple, it must be a Belgian triple. This is a really good beer. If you like Belgian beers , I recommend this beer.
