This beer poured out as a nice looking clear golden color with a thin white head on top. the smell of the beer is sweet and bready with just a hint of spice. The taste of the beer has a really nice sweetness coming from the maple that is being used here. The mouthfeel of the beer is soft and gently carbonated, it's a lighter bodied beer but goes down really easy. Overall I don't know if I would classify it as a Tripel but regardless it's a really good beer.

Pours a hazy orange-ish color with a small off white head. In the aroma, notes of bubblegum and a small maple syrup. In the taste, maple syrup sweetness to a dry graininess. A small bite and a medium bodied mouthfeel, with a semi dry maple and bubblegum like aftertaste. A big sweetness to a big dryness, I think the maple syrup can be a little too much, but it's ok.
