Sunshine Daydream Ipa (double dry hopped citra version)
LOOK: Clear deep golden colored brew with a bone white head and leaves rings of lace down the pint.
SMELL: Big time tropical fruit, grass, herb and pine notes on a biscuity, pale malt body.
TASTE: Grapefruit, mango, papaya, faint lemongrass, and an overall sticky resinous hop profile. Mildly sweet biscuity malt character, but thats not the focus here. Its all about the alpha acids, man. This version of the sunshine daydream has a nice hop bite with a solid bitterness. Leafy, oily hops. Dig?
FEEL: Light to medium bodied on the palate, moderately dry, with ample carbonation. A palate wrecker of sorts, but in the best possible sense.
OVERALL: A delicious session ipa. A step up from the already great Sunshine Daydream ipa, I wish I could get a case of these in cans.

Had this on 2012-10-20 in Lititz, PA
A - Clear gold with a 1/2-finger white head and mild lacing.
S - Ahh, a bolder aroma over the regular Sunshine Daydream thanks to the Citra dry hopping. More tropical fruit with a leaning towards pineapple. Smells great.
T - Citrus, pineapple, grass, hop tang. Dries nicely with a fine and lingering citrus bitterness that almost lasts as long as Head Hunter. A little more tropical tasting than the regular version.
M - Light body and medium carbonation. Crisp and refreshing.
O - The dry hopping steps this beer up a notch. Seek it out. It's really good.

Growler shared by Chris (spycow). Served in a Hill Farmstead tulip.
A - White foam settles to a thick cap, leaving behind splotchy lacework. Transparent golden body.
S - The hop aroma is a little different than one would expect from the beer name. Rather than the usual orange flesh and mild onion flavor I tend to get from Citra, this one had more of a lemon icing note mixed with grapefruit and orange zest. Still quite good, but I might have guessed Amarillo hops to be honest. Malt bill is well in the periphery, with a neutral grain flavor to it.
T - The taste is pretty consistent with the aroma, with lemon zest, ripe grapefruit flesh, and a touch of pine being the predominant flavors. Malt bill is understated, as you'd expect from a Session IPA, and there's no trace of alcohol here.
M - Medium-light body, with pleasant carbonation, and a dry, crisp, and refreshing finish. No alcohol, as one would expect.
D - An enjoyable beer that does exactly what it sets out to do. I could imagine having quite a few pints of this over an evening, although I'd prefer to see the ABV closer to 4% to match the light body and near-absence of malt. I've been horribly spoiled by kegs of Fluffer and Edward recently, but this wouldn't be too shabby to have at your local establishment.
